Join us for a conversation with Dr. Carlotta Roman, Founder and Senior Business Psychologist at Collective Career Consulting, LLC. The organizational response to understanding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) ignited after the summer of 2020 with the murder of George Floyd. According to ZoomInfo.com, the second half of 2020 showed a tremendous increase in hiring diversity professionals by 200%. However, today organizations have decreased funding and eliminated diversity roles. More than ever, organizations must provide commitment beyond money and diversity training.
We will talk with Dr. Roman about the importance of leveraging change management to support strategic diversity management to live within the DNA of our organizations.
