Course Description

Join us for a conversation with Angelo Torrez, Industrial-Organizational Psychologist. Angelo has focused his area of expertise around workforce development, organizational change, and DEI in the workplace. Having worked with marginalized populations it became apparent that the systems in place, within the working world, were not adequate to support the diversity of our workforce. Just like on any journey, it is not enough to know where we are today. We must also understand where we have been in order to keep moving forward without retracing our steps. We hope you join the conversation!

Learning Objectives:

  • Define the model of organizational systems

  • Recognize bias in organizational systems

  • Identify strategies to improve organizational systems
