Terry has over 25 years of Talent Acquisition, Human Resource, Training & Development and public accounting experience. He has served as a local, regional, and national recruiter for various public accounting firms and national companies. He began his career as an auditor with a Big 6 firm, specializing in the Oil & Gas Industry, which took him on client projects throughout the US, South America, and the Far East.
In his current role as Regional Recruiting Senior Manager for Moss Adams, LLP, he leads the talent acquisition process for the public accounting firm’s locations in Dallas, Denver, Albuquerque, Houston, and Kansas City. He is a member of the firm's Inclusion and Diversity Advisory Board, and leads the Diversity Ambassador team, which is committed to increasing the quantity and quality of diverse candidates. Terry is Co-Chair of the firm’s Black Business Resource Group, and was a recipient of the Firm’s inaugural Diversity Award in 2019. December 2020, he was selected to the inaugural list of “Black Leaders Worth Watching” by Diversity Journal magazine.
